Project Overview
A Loving Organization is an innovative framework designed to enhance compassionate care systems by managing with love, focusing on institutional systems and infrastructure, rather than placing the burden on individuals. This model, which has been successfully implemented in several leading healthcare organizations, demonstrates that managing with love rather than fear yields better outcomes across various metrics, including patient care, staff engagement, and financial performance. The approach centers on creating a supportive environment through policies, processes, and daily practices that emphasize love, connection, and continuous learning. The system is built upon four key agreements: managing with love, grounding strategy in love through mission and values, connecting love across all organizational transformation initiatives, and ensuring that love is integrated into daily operations. This framework aims to foster a culture of resilience, compassion, and collective well-being, improving both the care experience and organizational outcomes.

As a key contributor to Premier Inc.’s “A Loving Organization” initiative, I led creative strategy and project management efforts to promote a groundbreaking framework for compassion-driven care. The project aimed to define and implement a cultural transformation model that emphasized empathy, trust, and human connection across healthcare systems. My role was both strategic and creative: I co-authored thought leadership content—including white papers and case studies—crafted executive presentations, and led the development of a comprehensive internal assessment tool. I also managed collateral development for a national conference and trade show, designing promotional materials and coordinating cross-functional efforts to ensure consistent messaging. My contributions directly shaped the visual and strategic rollout of the framework, aligning creative assets with the organization’s broader mission to humanize healthcare delivery.
